Can I bring my own food?
Yes you can bring your own food, but we do offer catering services for larger groups.

When will you share the location of the picnic?
We will send you the location pin to the picnic about 45 minutes to an hour before the event begins.

What if I am late to my picnic?
If you contact us, we will stay by your picnic and hold it down for up to 30 minutes until you can arrive. Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of picnic start time will result in us packing up the picnic.

How does this picnic thing work?
We set up your picnic of choice and have it ready upon arrival.
We return to pack and clean everything up for you and we make sure that you had a wonderful experience.

Can we leave whenever we want?
If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 20 min notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.

How many people can enjoy the picnic with me?
Rates start at 2 people but we accept additional guests. It is your responsibility to ensure the guests show up on time.

Can you set up a picnic anywhere?
We provide a list of all parks and beaches available so far, we also deliver the picnic to be setup at home (the items must remain at the home where they were delivered).

When should I book my reservation?
All reservations should be made 48 hours prior to your desired date. If you are requesting a picnic less than 48 hours from your desired date, then we will have to discuss via email or Instagram DM.

What if it rains?
If bad weather is expected, do not panic! We can deliver the picnic to an indoor location or reschedule your booking. We want to emphasize that we cannot be held responsible in the event that adverse weather conditions lead to the displacement of equipment, potentially causing injury during your session. We will work with you to reschedule your picnic to a new date. You MUST reschedule your picnic within a 1 month timeframe OR we may not be able to complete your event.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! Notify us 1 week in advance for a partial refund of 75% of the full amount. A 25% non-refundable service fee will incur if you do cancel for any reason. Picnic Goals is not responsible for refunding the full amount. 

Please let us know if you do need to reschedule within 1 month. Otherwise, we might not be able to accommodate. We WILL NOT cancel a picnic without attempting to reschedule.
